Our lab is committed to fostering equity, diversity, and inclusion within the scientific community. We prioritise creating a safe and equitable space where every member and colleague is empowered to excel. We categorically oppose all forms of racism, homophobia, transphobia, misogyny, ableism, and religious discrimination. Our goal is to actively support our colleagues, elevate the voices of BAME and LGBTQ+ communities, and advocate for necessary changes. We also support lab members with caring responsibilities or dependents by providing a supportive and flexible working environment. Our efforts extend to promoting open dialogue and accountability to become better colleagues and to broaden the accessibility of science to all.
